We love showcasing some of our tiling work but getting photos is something that I struggle with but for this Armidale bathroom and main floor tiling I managed to get a few snaps to share with you.
Mary and Steven really wanted big tiles for their new spaces, ideally they wanted wood being from the UK before they moved to Armidale but they also wanted easy to clean so 600 x 600 tiles were the compromise.

I took these shots before it was grouted as the grout haze is so hard to take pics of afterwards.
You can see how much the 600 x 600 covers of the floor with Minimal grout line being ideal for cleaning.

With classic marble style tiles if you get a grain that looks real like these you get an awesome tiling finish.
After grouting it looks like pure marble flooring.

Now we move onto the Tiny and when I say Tiny this ensuite is narrow
We did this bathroom tiling first so I managed to get some after shots and do they look lovely.

Using charcoal 300 x 600 rectified tiles this darker contrast keeps in the theme of the classic stone look.
Like most older bathrooms in Armidale their bathroom was leaking into the walls before renovation.
Waterproofing is super important and for all our bathroom renovation or bathroom tiling we waterproof almost the entire room for peace of mind.

When you tile a bathroom like this Armidale bathroom my advice is always tile to the ceiling.
Yes tiling to the ceiling cost more money but it finishes off your bathroom so nice.
The other benefits of full height tiling is it is super easy to clean and lasts unlike paint.

With small bathroom tiling the bigger the tile the better as you want a little grout lines as possible.
They make the room feel so much bigger so avoid 300 x 300 and under.
